What We Do
Our Mission
The mission of the Humboldt Skatepark Collective is to enhance the health and quality of life for community members by providing recreational opportunities in Humboldt County. Through advocacy and outreach, we aim to support programs and facilities for residents of the north coast to engage in self-expression and exercise.
What We’ve Achieved
Raising funding for and building phase 1 of the Mckinleyville skatepark.
Organizing and sponsoring the Holiday in Humboldt skate event
Sponsoring of skate camps throughout Humboldt
Collaboration with MBTTA, Two Feathers, and The Warrior Institute
Providing of wooden ramps for various events throughout the county, giving skate access to the youth
Promotion and sponsorship of mountain biking events
